Our special blend of corn meal, spices, and peppers is a unique family recipe that makes perfect catfish EVERY SINGLE TIME. Heat oil to 350-375 degrees, wash seafood in water, soak in beer if you like, water if you don't, roll or shake fish in batter mix. Fry until golden brown. Hint: Fish floats when done!
